Meet the Founder: Dhwani Shah

Deeaura was imagined by Dhwani Shah, a fashion designer and NIFT graduate, from an idea that began during her final graduation collection, Aura of Emotions. The collection explored the emotions of the queens and princesses of Kutch and Bhuj, translating them into colour, silhouette, texture and detail.

That idea became the foundation of Deeaura and shaped Dhwani’s approach to design. Drawn to vintage femininity, contemporary silhouettes and artisanal craftsmanship, she creates pieces slowly and thoughtfully, with an emphasis on detail, experimentation and couture-inspired finishing.

For Dhwani, fashion has always been about more than appearance. The right garment should feel personal, bring forward confidence and become an extension of the woman wearing it.
